A cheerful and energetic high school student who shrewdly parlays his popularity into successful salesmanship. While he is the youngest, of the various individual personalities of Weiss he is the collected one who keeps things in order. He is good at working with computers.

He's sweet and kindhearted. He's also super intelligent, a whiz with computers. Omi is the distance fighter, he doesn't get up too close and mostly just hangs back away and does things to assist the others in the group. He's also kind of like their contact or operator, when someone needs to call they talk to him and all information usually comes from him as well.


As a child, he was kidnapped and his father refused pay the ransom. As the kidnappers were ready to kill him, Persia, WeiB boss, saved him. He then gave him the name Omi Tsukiyono and trained him to be an assassin. He's the first member of WeiB.

He was struck when he found out his father was a killer. His father was Reiji Takatori the leader of Schwarz. But soon after he found out a wasn't in fact Reiji's son. But he was the son of his brother Takatori Shuichi, better known as Perisa.

Now in the present he's happily married to Ken Hidaka and he have really good friends to count on.
